These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jiff Genius AI Ltd.'s ("Jiff Genius AI," "we", "our" or "us") platform, services, and website https://www.jfgenius.com, including any content, features, and other related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will also be reflected by changing the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Modifications to the Services
Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Such changes may include adjustments to features, pricing, or the scope of available Services. In such cases, we do not assure that our services will maintain backward compatibility. Jiff Genius AI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
3. User Accounts and Security

As a registered user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you agree to notify Jiff Genius AI immediately. Jiff Genius AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, share, or create through the Services. If you include third-party materials in your content, you guarantee that you have the right to distribute those materials and that your use does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts without notice if users violate these responsibilities or these Terms.

Jiff Genius AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Jiff Genius AI.

Jiff Genius AI permits users to use snapshots or excerpts of content generated through the Services in analysis, articles, educational materials, or similar publications, provided proper attribution is maintained. Attribution must include a clear reference to Jiff Genius AI and be displayed prominently. For video content or promotions where direct attribution is not visible, a verbal or written acknowledgment, such as "Powered by Jiff Genius AI," must be included. The font size for attribution must not be less than 10 PT (13 PX or 3.4 MM).
Improper use or omission of required attribution may result in termination of access to the Services and legal action.
4.3 Restrictions:

Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Services.
Exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes without Jiff Genius AI's prior written consent.
Remove, obscure, or modify any attributions, trademarks, or copyright notices on the Services.
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful components to the Services.
4.4 Third-Party Links and Advertisers:
The Services may include links to third-party websites or advertisements. These links are provided for convenience only, and Jiff Genius AI does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content or services offered by third parties. You acknowledge that Jiff Genius AI is not responsible for any trading, transactions, or activities that occur on third-party websites accessed through links on our platform. Any interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser, and Jiff Genius AI shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from such interactions. Unauthorized solicitation on Jiff Genius AI is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
4.5 Enforcement:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account, removal of access to the Services, and legal action. Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to issue cease-and-desist notices, pursue injunctions, and seek damages or other remedies for unauthorized use of the Services or improper attribution.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Services is subject to Jiff Genius AI's Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and proprietary information, in and to the Services are owned by Jiff Genius AI or its licensors, our affiliates, or our Data Providers, unless stated otherwise. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights by using the Services.
Jiff Genius AI is committed to providing a secure and reliable platform for accessing AI-driven insights, market data, and other relevant information. Users are strictly prohibited from employing any automated data collection techniques, including but not limited to scripts, APIs, screen scraping, data mining, or robots, for any purpose. Furthermore, the use of any tools or technology designed to bypass security measures to reproduce or distribute Jiff Genius AI content without authorization is expressly forbidden.
All content available through Jiff Genius AI, including but not limited to market data and AI-generated outputs, is intended solely for display within the platform's user interface. Agreements with data providers explicitly prohibit the downloading, sublicensing, assigning, transferring, selling, loaning, or redistribution of Jiff Genius AI content without prior written consent. Adherence to these terms is essential to safeguard the interests of Jiff Genius AI, its data providers, and its user community, thereby ensuring the platform's integrity and accessibility for all.
Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Violating these terms may lead to severe consequences, including the blocking of the user or visitor, termination of their account, and potential penalties. Jiff Genius AI also reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these terms to protect the platform's integrity and the interests of its data providers and user community.
You may not sell, license, or redistribute any services or materials provided by Jiff Genius AI without our explicit prior written approval and, where applicable, the consent of our Data Providers. Additionally, the replication or alteration of software or documentation, including but not limited to activities such as translation, decompilation, disassembly, or creating derivative works, is strictly prohibited without authorization.
Commercial utilization of our services is restricted unless a separate agreement explicitly permits such use. Jiff Genius AI disclaims any liability or responsibility for issues arising from third-party services or software.

7. Fees and Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription Fees:
By subscribing to Jiff Genius AI's services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, and you authorize Jiff Genius AI to automatically charge your bank card, PayPal account, or any other supported payment method according to the billing plan you have selected. Subscription fees are billed in advance and may be charged monthly or annually as specified during registration.
All Fees and other amounts payable by you under these Terms are exclusive of taxes and similar assessments. You are responsible for all applicable sales, goods and services, value-added, use, excise, and other similar taxes, levies, or charges imposed by any applicable tax authority related to the Services, except for taxes imposed on Jiff Genius AI's net income. You agree to indemnify and hold Jiff Genius AI harmless from any liability, including penalties and interest, resulting from your failure to pay any applicable taxes.
7.2 Free Trial:
If a free trial is offered, it may be provided in one of two ways:
(a) a trial with a clear end date and no payment details required, in which case the trial will terminate automatically without any further action;
or (b) a trial requiring confirmation of payment details upfront, which will automatically convert to a paid subscription plan at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Accurate payment details must be provided to activate the latter type of free trial, and users will be notified before the conversion to a paid plan.
If you wish to cancel during the free trial period to avoid converting to a paid subscription, you must do so through the billing section of your User Profile page before the trial ends. Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to monitor and prevent misuse of free trials, such as creating multiple accounts with the same payment method or using falsified registration information. Users found exploiting the free trial system may have their accounts terminated and be barred from future access to free trials.
7.3 Recurring Billing and Cancellation:
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. Users are responsible for managing their subscription, including cancellations. For all subscriptions, cancellation requests must be made directly through the billing section of the User Profile page and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Email or support ticket requests for cancellation are not considered valid.
7.4 Refund Policy: Refunds for annual subscription payments are available only if requested within seven (7) calendar days of the original payment date and provided there is no violation of these Terms. To request a refund, you need to contact our support team through support@jfgenius.com. Refunds are not granted for monthly subscriptions, plan upgrades, or if cancellation occurs after the payment is processed. Purchases made using cryptocurrencies are non-refundable. Users who dispute charges via chargebacks are ineligible for refunds.
7.5 Payment Failures:
If a payment fails, Jiff Genius AI may attempt to reprocess the charge. If the issue persists, access to the Services may be suspended or downgraded until outstanding fees are successfully paid. For annual plans, failure to renew automatically may result in the subscription being switched to a monthly plan.
7.6 Moderation and Subscription Impact:
Jiff Genius AI moderators have the authority to warn or restrict users, including those with active subscriptions, for violations of these Terms. Refunds will not be provided for subscription periods during which access was limited due to such violations.
7.7 Payment Processing:
Jiff Genius AI may utilize local subsidiaries or third-party entities to process payments in different regions. However, all subscriptions and services are ultimately governed and managed by Jiff Genius AI.
8. User Content and Contributions
8.1 Responsibility for User Content:
You retain ownership of any content you upload, share, or create through the Services ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Jiff Genius AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Services. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Jiff Genius AI is not responsible for any violations arising from your User Content.
8.2 Prohibited Content:
You agree not to upload, transmit, or share content that:
Is defamatory, slanderous, lewd, indecent, abusive, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
Encourages violence, explicit sexual content, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
Infringes on any patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Contains private or sensitive information of another individual or entity without authorization;
Breaches any person's rights, including privacy and publicity rights, or promotes unlawful activities;
Includes harmful code such as viruses, malware, or spyware;
Intentionally disrupts, harasses, or causes unnecessary alarm to others.
Jiff Genius AI offers features that may allow users to upload, share, or record data. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant international, federal, and local laws when using such features, including obtaining necessary permissions for recordings. Misuse of these features or violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination. Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to remove or block access to any User Content that violates these Terms or creates potential liability for the platform.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Warranties:
The Services, along with all information, content, materials, and products provided, are offered by Jiff Genius AI on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Jiff Genius AI does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of any information available through the Services for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and you acknowledge that Jiff Genius AI may occasionally remove or cancel the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Jiff Genius AI does not guarantee that the Services will be free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security breaches, and disclaims any liability related to such occurrences. Any material obtained through the use of the Services is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage or loss resulting from its use.
Some information provided through the Services may be sourced from third parties, such as data providers, news agencies, or market analysts, which are believed to be reliable sources (collectively, "Data Providers"). However, due to factors like human or mechanical errors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, sequencing, or timeliness of this information. Jiff Genius AI disclaims all liability for errors or inaccuracies in third-party data, including scripts, indicators, ideas, or other third-party content. Your use of any third-party content is entirely at your own risk.
9.2 Not Financial or Professional Advice: The content provided by the Services, including AI-generated insights, suggestions, or recommendations, is intended solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Decisions regarding investments, trading, or other financial matters carry inherent risks and should be made with the guidance of qualified financial professionals. Jiff Genius AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its content and will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from decisions made based on the Services. Users are encouraged to thoroughly evaluate their financial situation and risk tolerance before making any investment decisions.
9.3 Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiff Genius AI, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Jiff Genius AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from:
The use or inability to use the Services or the software or systems that make the Services available;
Any changes made to the Services, including pricing changes, temporary or permanent cessation of the Services, or any part thereof;
The use, disclosure, or display of your user-generated content;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
The deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store and/or send or receive your transmissions or data on or through the Services;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services;
Any other matter related to the Services.
You acknowledge that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such downloads or use of the Services.
9.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jiff Genius AI and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
Content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or otherwise make available through the Jiff Genius AI services;
Your use of the Jiff Genius AI services;
Your connection to the Jiff Genius AI services;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any rights of another; or
Any action taken by Jiff Genius AI, acting reasonably, as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of these Terms or as a result of its finding or decision that a violation of these Terms has occurred.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your use of the Services.
If you have a dispute with one or more users of Jiff Genius AI, you agree to release Jiff Genius AI from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Feedback
When you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, documents, or proposals (collectively, "Feedback") to Jiff Genius AI through our platform or feedback pages, you agree that:
(a) Your Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information;
(b) Jiff Genius AI has no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of your Feedback;
(c) Jiff Genius AI is free to use, disclose, or distribute the Feedback for any purpose, in any manner, and on any platform globally;
(d) Jiff Genius AI may already have similar Feedback under consideration or in development;
(e) Your Feedback automatically becomes the property of Jiff Genius AI without any obligation to you; and
(f) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind for your Feedback, unless explicitly agreed upon by Jiff Genius AI in writing.
11. Termination of Services
Jiff Genius AI reserves the right to terminate, limit, or suspend your access to the Services, including any associated accounts or subscriptions, without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or for other reasons including but not limited to:
Breaches of these Terms or other agreements;
Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
Discontinuation or significant modification of the Services;
Technical or security issues;
Extended periods of inactivity; or
Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. Jiff Genius AI will not be liable to you or any third party for termination, limitation, or suspension of your account or access to the Services. Some data associated with your account may be retained as required for legitimate business purposes, such as auditing, security, or compliance, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Contributions you have published may remain on the platform at our discretion, as they form part of the communal knowledge and maintain the integrity of the platform's content.
You may request to terminate your subscription or delete your account by following the cancellation procedures outlined in your account settings. Deleting your account will result in the removal of personal data where applicable, but some information may be retained as necessary to meet legal or operational obligations. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription unless explicitly stated in these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels or arbitration as required by the governing jurisdiction, in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
12.1 Dispute Resolution:
By using the Services, you agree that all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or related to these Terms, or your use of the Services, shall be resolved through a dispute resolution process. Either party may initiate the process by providing a written notice of dispute to the other party. Both parties will then attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation.
If the dispute remains unresolved within thirty (30) days of such notice, the matter shall proceed to binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location, and the proceedings shall be conducted in a language suitable to both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Force Majeure: Jiff Genius AI shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or governmental actions.
13.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jiff Genius AI and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. Amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
13.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
